Weekly Subscription Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Standard Policy

No refunds are provided for weekly subscriptions under normal circumstances. This policy is in place due to the short-term, affordable nature of our ₹45 weekly subscription model.

Exception: Platform Technical Issues

Refunds will be processed only in the following specific circumstance:

  • Platform Downtime Exceeding 24 Hours: If our platform experiences technical issues that prevent access for more than 24 consecutive hours, affected subscribers will be eligible for a full refund of their current weekly subscription.
What Does Not Qualify for Refunds:
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
  • Personal circumstances preventing platform usage
  • Internet connectivity issues on the user's end
  • Brief technical interruptions under 24 hours
  • Unused portion of subscription period

How to Request a Refund

If you experience platform technical issues lasting more than 24 hours:

Processing:
  • We will verify the platform downtime duration
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
